Can more than one staff member count the same location at once?

Yes. Multiple staff (or helpers invited with a link) can count the same location at the same time without one person's count overwriting another's — counts from each staff member are kept separately and combined when you review the count.

What happens if a sale happens while I'm counting?

The app detects inventory that changed while a count is in progress and adjusts for it automatically when you review and update Shopify, instead of silently overwriting your count with the old numbers.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Uninstalling the app by itself does not delete your stored counts — it only stops the app from accessing your store. Your data is deleted automatically only when Shopify tells us your store has fully closed its account, or sooner if you email us to ask for it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
